As we all know, English-speaking roosters say “cock-a-doodle-doo”, but did you know Spanish-speaking roosters greet the dawn with “QuiQuiRiQui!”? We brewed this beautiful breakfast kolsch with pink guava puree and ceylon cinnamon to capture all of the goodness of a concha cookie in the morning. We added a dash of Sabro hops to enhance the aroma and the result is a beer with notes of creme brulee, lavender, and water crackers. For a modest 4.2% kolsch, this beer has a lot to crow about!
