Our Mission

To Create Meaningful Employment

We value teamwork, quality, knowledge and stokedness. We believe living these values creates jobs that don’t just pay a living wage, they also help us achieve goals we wouldn’t on our own. We believe in living wages and good benefits because we believe people have to be able to take care of themselves to achieve greatness at work.

To Improve Beer Quality

We value quality, dependability, improvement, and innovation. We believe these values matter most to the people drinking the beer. We believe every part of how our beer is treated should reflect these values and that when they do, we are not only making our beer better, we’re pushing the beer industry at large to do better.

To Create Wealth for Our Community

We value community, leadership, and profitability. We believe that a thriving company directly benefits its employees, its shareholders, its partner businesses and its community as a whole. We believe a profitable business is part of the bedrock of a strong community and we’re part of the bedrock of Sonoma County.
