Anniversary Saison

This is where it all began. In 2011 Henhouse was just 3 people brewing, selling, and delivering Oyster Stout, Saison, and Golden. This beer has been brewed practically unchanged since HenHouse first hatched.
For our Tenth anniversary, we’ve used the bold brettanomyces yeast and bottle conditioning to create a more rustic saison perhaps closer to what a saison would have tasted like in Wallonia hundreds of years ago.
