About Fish Don’t Exist
In Theory beers are pushing the envelope of aromatic technology! With Fish Don’t Exist, we used M. Reukaufii yeast found in local flowers to unlock even more pineapple and lemon peel aroma from all the Galaxy and Citra hops we poured into the brew. Oxloads of oats silk-ify the body, making this beer a hot choice among hop-heads. Is it a “Hazy”? Is it a “NEIPA”? Don’t stress over labels, it’s a delicious beer and that’s the only classification that matters!
