Big Chicken 2024

Big Chicken 2024 y’all! This year’s batch features a big helping of Vista and Belma CGX hops. Vista hops are the latest release from the USDA Public Hop Breeding Program which we were able to sample straight off the vine in Washington! Big Melon, Papaya and Stonefruit aromas hitting ya in sniffer! Belma CGX is a concentrated version of Belma, the hop that gives us our biggest berry notes in IPA.  The cryogenic extraction process removes all the vegetal/ bract material from the hops and we are left with only the aromatic oils/ lupulin glands.  Throw in some modern American IPA hops like Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7, Simcoe & we got us a Zero-Day IPA!
