Big Chicken is HenHouse’s annual monument of freshness, a double IPA available for your drinking pleasure the day it is packaged at all three HenHouse tasting rooms. Everything HenHouse learned about making hoppy beer this year is considered, distilled and poured into this big ol’ freshie to provide you with the freshest, least touched by time, temperature and oxygen version of what HenHouse thinks astoundingly delicious hoppy beer should be! The 2026 batch of Big Chicken is hazy, juicy, and brimming with classics like Citra and Simcoe, delicious newcomer Dolcita, and the condensed, super potent sauce that is Belma CGX.
