Fizzgig Dark KristallWeizen

Kristallweizen is a variation on Wit Beers/White Ales. These beers are flavorful, and approachable, distinct from macrolagers yet broadly appealing. Wits have been an excellent onramp to the world of craft beer for decades. Kristallweizen is a filtered Weissbier or Hefeweizen and literally means ‘crystal wheat’. The beer is named this way as it pours crystal clear, rather than having the usual cloudiness of wheat beers. Being slightly past the SRM range for the style, this one can be described as being on the dark side.
