“For this Fowl Play collaboration, we’ve brewed our first Czech-style Pilsner! Fowl Play 7 is a bit more malty and a bit less hoppy than a German Pils like our Star Turn Pilsner every bit as enjoyable and approachable at 4.4%. We’ve brewed this beer to celebrate the launch of Berkeley’s Brix Factory Brewing and it’s owner, former Drake’s Brewing brewmaster John Gillooly. John collaborated with HenHouse on our first Fowl Play and now we celebrate him and the birth of a new brewery!
