Fowl Play 8: Spritz Gillooly

The 8th iteration of our rolling collab with Industry Treasure and Delight John Gillooly arrives! This white wine spritzer inspired beer is very in line with the Fowl Play ethos: fun beers we want to drink. Inspired by the machinations of Gilloly’s Rube Goldberg mind and help from the Brix Factory crew, we brewed a pale beer, thiolized the heck out of it, added some white wine juice, and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin (get it? Like Sauv Blanc?). The result is a delight to the senses, tastes like Florida beach resort gold/New Zealand Sauv, and is a reminder of why we make beer. To hang out with our friends. Like John. And his team, they’re also our friends.
