Pastry Stout! The desserty-est beer style ever devised just became even more amazing! We began with last year’s donut-themed confectionery beer and laid it in bourbon barrels that most recently held maple syrup. After eight months, we added hand-processed vanilla beans and Hatian cacao nibs to the barrel and patiently waited to complete our voyage around the sun until the beer was ready.
