About Umbo Fantasmo
Umbo Fantasmo was born as “Umbo” in 2020, a collaborative beer with Denver’s OMF Brewing. It was made with grain from Rohnert Park’s Grizzly Malt and Oysters from Marshall’s Hog Island and aged in local red wine barrels in veneration of our region. A deep, earthy aroma from Brettanomyces yeast wafts up from the glass mingling with subtle hints of baking spices and oak in this 8.82% ABV time capsule. Sip and reflect on the teachings of the Oyster.
