Vintage What We Will

What We Will is a beautiful petite saison we’ve brewed with our friends at Lallemand Brewing. Lallemand shared this beautiful Belgian saison yeast to create a light, approachable beer with more fruity character and less peppery flavors than our other saisons. 

For the vintage edition, we added some of that funky Brettanomyces and then bottle conditioned it to be enjoyed at your leisure!
