The shadow that fills your glass is batch 666, brewed with our friends Josh, Brian, and Jef from the Forever Midnight Horror Movie Research Center and Podcast! A local eclectic witch named Alyssa Rose blessed this black saison as we set it down in cabernet barrels. We added a yeast called brettanomyces and and let the spell work undisturbed for months. What emerged is different from what went in, more complex and more powerful at 7.7% ABV. Fig and cola aromas mingle with oak and brett yeast’s signature funk and dry bubbly finish. So mote it be.
