Tasting Room General Manager

HenHouse Brewing Co. is seeking a Taproom General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations of multiple taproom locations. Ideal candidates will bring passion and experience in the beer, food, and beverage industries, as well as extensive team management experience. You will work with the retail director, lead bartenders, bartenders, vendors, and various internal teams to help create a healthy working environment, a consistently high level of guest experience, and a profitable business. You must have a passion for craft beer, hospitality, and service, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize projects and tasks effectively.
