About The Shaning
“The Shaning” is named for our former head brewer and co-founder, Shane! This is the DIPA version of Kubrick’s Landing IPA, it has even more of the Mosaic, Motueka, and Mandarina Bavaria hops that give Kubrick’s Landing all of it’s orange citrus flavor. To paraphrase, the telepathic chef in Kubrick’s 1980 horror masterpiece “The Shining”, “Places are like people, some Shane and some don’t.” We’re stoked to work and drink at a place that Shanes as hard and Shanes as well as HenHouse Brewing Company.
