This new school wheat lager is an easy-drinking, invigorating tribute to our brewing supervisor, Nick M! After a long day of standing over a thousand gallons of boiling wort, he wants a cold, thirst-quenching brew with grapefruit and peach notes imparted by a small addition of Loral and Strata hops and a sessionable ABV.
